Stuart R. Phillips, CPA, MCP
Co-owner and President of MASI has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Manchester College with a concentration in computer science. He is experienced with all phases of accounting and manufacturing control systems. He previously worked as the controller for a non-profit corporation, and as the controller for a construction company. In those positions, he had the responsibility for maintaining their data processing systems. Prior to establishing MASI, Stu worked for Synergy Systems, a Sage MAS 90 authorized reseller and Master Developer as the Sage MAS 90 accounting support representative and programmer for about three years. He has been a Master Developer/Programmer himself since 1999.

Denise K. Phillips, CPA
Co-owner and Vice President of MASI, has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Manchester College. She brings twenty years of public accounting experience in tax and accounting to MASI. Prior to working full-time at MASI, Denise was a tax manager in the Elkhart, IN office of Crowe Chizek and Company, LLP. She was with Crowe Chizek for about seven years, where she specialized in corporate and individual taxation for small to medium size closely held companies, state and local taxation, payroll tax issues and personal property tax issues. Prior to Crowe Chizek, she was with Olive, LLP in Fort Wayne, IN for three years as a tax incharge and Koons and Koons, CPA's as an accounting/tax staff at the beginning of her public accounting career.

Dawn Heaton
Support Consultant at MASI, Sage Abra Certified since 1999 she has over twenty years experience specializing in Human Resources and Payroll. Her experience includes needs analysis, staff training, end user training, system implementation, end user support and custom reports in applications such as Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, Crystal Reports, Sage Abra, Lawson, RRW and Made2Manage. Prior to her consulting career, Dawn's experience included Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Taxes and Magnetic Media for 5 states, processing of approximately 20,000 W-2's per year, Accountant assistance and internal staff training and manuals.
